  • Deposits are 100% fully refundable if an acceptable puppy is not born in the litter.
  • Deposits will not be refunded for any other reason than an acceptable puppy not being whelped.
  • TSK cannot guarantee every breeding will produce a litter only our best efforts to assist the natural process.
  • Expected whelp dates are our best effort to provide accurate data and not a guarantee  
  • We do require all shipping costs to be paid in advance.
  • Picks are assigned as deposits are received.​

Disclaimer on Litter Whelping Dates:

TSK will provide all available information to our clients on expected whelp dates. This includes our best guess by historical data, the covering date of the female by our sire and artificial inseminations performed by a licensed vet. These dates are expected litter dates of a 60-62 day gestation period.  TSK does not guarantee a litter will be born as a result of our best efforts to produce a litter. All of our guarantees are based on a healthy litter being whelped as nature takes her course. We will always work with our clients to make sure you get a healthy puppy of your desired sex and color and will be glad to move deposits and make any pups from other litters available to our clients.
